Job Description

We are seeking for an individual with deep passion for innovation and performance, to work in the DevOps, with strong skills in Linux and Windows.

This person will be responsible for :

  • Support cloud-based solutions by building and managing infrastructures in AWS and or GCP. Cloud Formation Scripts and/or Terraform knowledge is a plus.
  • Engage in day-to-day operational tasks, must have the ability to lead the incident calls, closely working with Incident & Problem management teams.
  • Supports a 24×7 global environment leveraging distributed global team members.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies, simplicities, and speed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stake holders and higher management in terms of project status, incidents, problems, and root cause.
  • Supports the product operationally in an on-call rotation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations/Sysadmin/DevOps engineer roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Red Hat Linux & Windows OS platforms.
  • Good knowledge in AWS/GCP cloud platform, deployments, administration & Operations, core concepts & services.
  • Good knowledge in Scripting such as Python, PERL, shell scripting is desired.
  • Knowledge in DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Git and/or any orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load balancer (F5) and network design.
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools like Splunk & AppDynamics is a plus.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow & Rally an added advantage.
  • Hands on experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Software Applications in support of business processing requirements.
