About the role

This fast-paced Brand Team Administrator contract role will manage the administration and project support requirements of the company’s sales, medical and marketing teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all administration duties for the bran teams including project tracking, financial (Purchase orders, invoice reconciliation etc) and general administration.
  • Perform promotional materials inventory and logistics management
  • Provide personal assistance to support senior leaders.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3-5 years’ experience in team administration/project management
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in financial management, project management and understanding of Pharma compliance guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office suites
