Social Media Manager


Kouaba is looking for a social media manager who will be the primary digital voice of our clients. He will play an important role to create and maintain their image. He needs to be proficient both in French and English.

His role :

Monitor Clients’ social media channels, intiate conversations with and respond to engagements based on established brand and client guidelines

Foster community engagement wtih our clients’ brands across social media platforms (Facebook,Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram)

Recommend creative approaches/strategies for social media executions in support of business goals including promotions and contests

Provide strategic perspective on content development for client social media channels

Advise on targeted digital ad buys, execute and optimize Facebook as and other digital ad campaigns

Ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently and on budget

Seek out out opportunitites to drive organic growth within the client’s accounts

Analyze metrics to identify trends and themes to optimize progam strategy and content

Contributes to overall development of the department and company



  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Bilingual
