Our values being Greatness, Positivity and Leadership define who we are and how we act, and we seek people who share in the same.About the job:* Manage the 360 degree recruitment activities within the South Island Civil & Infrastructure sector, working closely with your Auckland and Australian counterparts* Recruiting positions from Site Supervisors and Project Managers, to Estimators, Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering* Partner with a range of clients from large multi-national Tier One contractors to smaller local firms* Work and collaborate with the existing team of consultants in the Civil Trades and Consulting Engineering teams here in ChristchurchThis is a hot desk and there is a well-established client base with a large number of existing job orders to fill!About you:We are looking for someone who really wants to extend themselves, someone who wants to develop a career and receive the training and guidance needed to do so.Ideally having experience in white collar technical recruitment, you will possess strong attention to detail, a drive to build long standing relationships, an ability to grow and develop accounts as well as being a team player with a great attitude.
