Job Details

Responsibilities

Have basic knowledge of reviewing and calculating income

Submit loan files to underwriter

Work active pipeline to include following up with borrowers and keeping them updated with changing loan status

Review approvals, request items as needed, and fulfill conditions

Order rate locks, CD’s, docs for closing, appraisals, etc

Understand all working parts of loan process

Requirements And Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years processing experience

Strong understanding of investment property financing a huge plus

Strong Problem solving skills

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Profiecncy with Encompass

Ability to multitask

Ability to be resourceful, manage time efficiently, work unsupervised while also working as part of the team

Strong organizational skills a must
