Short Description:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will work on requirement gathering, elicitation, business process definitions, business process design, process mapping and consulting activities. This individual will work under the guidance/leadership of CRM delivery unit. The primary responsibilities of this role are to plan, analyze, lead the sprint activities, test, and train users on Microsoft CRM solutions. This role is a balanced role with an emphasis on functional capability and business process expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Assisting customers to maximize returns on their Microsoft Dynamics CRM investments.

·        Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence

·        Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes

·        Demonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulated programme strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CRM & related applications and technologies

READ:   Senior Inside Sales Representative, Trilogy (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

·        Utilizing specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics / CRM product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients’ articulated business strategy

·        Providing solution demonstrations

·        Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures

·        Designing bespoke solutions

·        Supporting the team in their review of functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes

·        Acting as the single point design authority between Solution Architects so that solutions can be developed

·        Guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keeping them informed

·        Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other client solutions consultants

·        Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with client solution 

Technical Competencies:

·        Worked on 3 Banks at least in the region.

·        Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions & integrations

·        Experience of customized solutions to complex business problems

·        Relevant Microsoft certifications

·        Excellent documentation and communication skills

·        A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems

·        Experience in preparing business process flows, wireframes, requirement gathering documents, design documents, process mappings, requirement decomposition

·        Ability to multitask and priorities with good interpersonal skills

·        Must have worked in large transformational Banking CRM projects

·        Designing and building enterprise solutions

·        Knowledge of third-party apps like Unified Service Desk, Click Dimensions

·        Functional Experience in Power Platform 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-9+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Services and CRM projects.
  • This individual must be passionate about Dynamics CRM, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking capabilities as well as a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. 
  • The candidate must have strong technical and consulting experience in analysis, design and architecture, and scoping CRM solutions with a proven track record of enterprise level design and deployment of Microsoft CRM. Implement “best practices” in large transformational programs.
  • The candidate must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience working on cloud / on-premise.
  • Candidate having expertise in Banking and Dynamics CRM implementations will be an added advantage.
  • We prefer the candidate to have Banking and CRM certifications as well.
