Salesforce.com Customer Success Lead
Edwards is looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our Salesforce.com team to support our company to improve customer adoption, engagement, and growth, partnering in our digital transformations.
In collaboration with other teams like Sales and Marketing, Customer Success Lead will help to achieve business value faster and work more effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help the business to define the 3-5 years vision in the area of responsibility
- Serve as SFDC business partner with the business stakeholders to drive SFDC pipeline
- Optimization of business processes in Salesforce.com system
- Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional requirements and design to meet requirements
- Liaison with IT department to develop solutions needed in the business
- Validate functional business requirements against business needs
- Test the new features, integrations, and reporting in SFDC
- Identify root causes and provide guidance to IT including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including researching data integrity/accuracy in SFDC
- Serve as liaison between IT team and stakeholders in the area of responsibility.
Knowledge And Experience
- 5 years experience in similar position
- Minimum Bachelor´s Degree
- SFDC Sales Cloud expertise
- Advanced English
- Technical/IT knowledge
- Project management skills
- SFDC certification nice to have
- Marketo experience nice to have
- Knowledge or exposure to Omnichannel strategies and Account Based Marketing nice to have
- Great communication skills
