Flight Systems Industrial Products, the industry leader in new and remanufactured electronic products for electric vehicles, is seeking successful, energetic and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This full-time position is located at our facility in Carlisle, PA and includes a comprehensive benefits package with paid holidays and paid time off. Some travel will be necessary when visiting our customers and the frequency can vary. Opportunity to work remotely after 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Objectives within assigned area
  • Promote the sales of products to potential markets and current customers through product education
  • Contact customers in-person and via telephone/email
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within targeted customer base on a regular and consistent basis
  • Develop business plan and scheduled reporting that is consistent with the Company’s objectives
  • Schedule and research strategic customer visits
  • Maximize business relationships through positive customer engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales initiative and drive with the ability to identify and provide customer solutions
  • Ability to make customer and prospect presentations

  • Must be proficient with use of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications
