Sales Executive

We’re looking for confident, self-driven individuals with sales experience to join our team. A descriptive of the position is below:

Duties:

  • Perform as the primary contact point for sales opportunities for the assigned customer base.
  • Foster a strong business relationship with the appropriate contacts within the assigned accounts.
  • Develop a current year sales plan for attaining revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Meet the revenue targets and the customer satisfaction targets agreed in the customer plans
  • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain internal relations necessary to maintain customer satisfaction targets.
  • Liaise with all other departments to achieve the Company’s and the department’s objectives
  • Work as part of a team in order to deliver the team’s revenue target
  • Prepare quotations and sales information to customers
  • Provide customer training and demonstrations as when necessary
  • Close sales both over the desk and face to face
  • Capture data on all customers dealt with and populate CRM with that information.
  • Pass sales referrals as needed.
  • Maintain all standards relating to safety, on the job training and productivity

What we require?

  • At least 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • Knowledge in CRM would be an asset.
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team, with minimal direction and multiple stakeholders
  • Must have access to transportation
