What does an outstanding Sales Executive do?  

You’ll be focusing on B2B selling within the FinTech environment, specifically payment solutions. These opportunities will be warm leads provided to you to develop and close as well.

 

  • No two days will be the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:
  • Proactively build, progress and close a pipeline of leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle, identify-qualify-propose-negotiate-close-manage & build relationship by providing necessary after sales assistance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of merchant’s business objectives and decision-making processes and position the business as a genuine value creator for our potential clients.
  • Develop and strengthen multi-level relationships within merchants to form long term business partnerships.
  • Stay across payment solution offerings from our competitors and understand their market strategy and value proposition to differentiate our product experience.
  • Engage with our Account partners, channel partners and Operations teams to share feedback and insights to help improve the overall merchant onboarding experience.

These positions are being hired on a permanent basis and we are open to discuss with candidates based out of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We are keen to discuss with motivated individuals from Payments/Banking industry and passionate about Fintech products.

  • We’re open to people with different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that you’ll have:
  • Experience in merchant acquiring, with a record of top performance
  • Great listening skills and ability to quickly become a trusted resource for decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills – you’re articulate and confident when liaising with stakeholders.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and a great team player.
