Sales Account Executive


SALESBOX, an on-Demand Sales company is looking to bolster its team by adding a new SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.

We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end.

Ultimately, you foster relationships with clients and contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.


  • Bring in new clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesbox service offering, product launches and company improvements as the business evolves
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing Business, or relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account executive / B2B Sales
  • Hands-on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (MS Excel in particular), GSuite/Gmail, Calendly, Slack, and other tools
  • Resourceful sales, marketing, telemarketing, dynamic, and knowledgeable professional, offering a broad range of accomplishments and expertise in business development, executive leadership, project coordination, and operations management. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, objections handle in various scenarios
  • Ability to drive the sale and close the deal  
  • Understand how B2B businesses sell, what their target markets are, and how we can help them successfully secure more business
  • Dependable a must
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and organized with a keen eye for detail.

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Work hours

  • US hours – time zones (clients in various time zones, PST, CST, EST)
  • This is a FULL-TIME position, FULLY REMOTE
  • Starts immediately


  • $2,500 / month with bonus
  • Compensation is based on qualifications and experience 
  • The ability to work from the comfort of your home (or anywhere else)
