What You’ll Do

  • Be an ambassador for ASAPP as a key point of contact for candidates
  • Partner with recruiters on a global team, providing calendar support, coordinating interviews, navigating complex schedules, and corresponding regularly with candidates
  • Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience for all candidates
  • Identify opportunities to improve our candidate experience, interview process, or coordinator efficiency
  • Own other ad hoc projects, such as recruiting events, employer branding, and/or our social media presence

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency, bias toward action, and excellent time management abilities
  • Proven ability to successfully prioritize conflicting demands
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous environment and attempting to problem solve independently
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What we’d like to see

  • Prior experience partnering with and supporting multiple recruiters at once
  • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) – we use Lever
  • Prior experience working with Gsuite and Zoom
