Receptionist / Facilities Administrator

What This Job Involves

We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Facilities Administrator to work onsite with a media data analytics organisation. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact to clients and their visitors and work across a variety of tasks. You will also assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities and vendor management.

Snapshot of your responsibilities-

  • Provide superior customer service to meet client and visitor’s expectations
  • Provide quality service to the clients by responding to their requests promptly and efficiently
  • Facilities Administration including vendor management and induction of all contractors onsite
  • Ensure office and reception areas are presentable
  • Maintaining stationary and stock supplies
  • Meeting room requests, events and parking requests
  • Processing invoices through SAP system

To succeed in this position, you will have prior Reception and/or Administration experience within a corporate environment. Previous Facilities experience and the use of SAP software is highly regarded. You will have a positive personality and can do attitude, and be passionate about providing excellent customer service!
