Key Accountabilities
- Answer phone, transfer calls and take messages.
- Receive documents and deliver them to the right person.
- Provide information about recruiting procedure for Concentrix Nicaragua.
- Greet visitors, and suppliers.
- Provide support in other duties related to the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Advance, Word, PowerPoint)
- 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
