Key Accountabilities

  • Answer phone, transfer calls and take messages.
  • Receive documents and deliver them to the right person.
  • Provide information about recruiting procedure for Concentrix Nicaragua.
  • Greet visitors, and suppliers.
  • Provide support in other duties related to the position.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Advance, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
