LiV Business services is a consultancy firm formally established in March 2021. LiV is comprised of a team of consultants who have honed their skills through years of valuable hands on experience and accreditations.
LiV is looking for a seasoned Project Manager who is ready to become a Project Management Consultant. Our consultants will be independent contractors who will be provided with new Projects as sales are closed and new customers are onboarded. The ideal candidate will have:
- Five (5) or more years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience working on large/complex projects
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Proven experience handling change in a fluid environment
- Proven experience in risk management and mitigation
- Knowledge of multiple Project Management Methodologies
- Excellent time management
- Experience working on client-facing Projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II / Scrum certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
