Project Management Consultant

LiV Business services is a consultancy firm formally established in March 2021. LiV is comprised of a team of consultants who have honed their skills through years of valuable hands on experience and accreditations.

LiV is looking for a seasoned Project Manager who is ready to become a Project Management Consultant. Our consultants will be independent contractors who will be provided with new Projects as sales are closed and new customers are onboarded. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Five (5) or more years experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven experience working on large/complex projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Proven experience handling change in a fluid environment
  • Proven experience in risk management and mitigation
  • Knowledge of multiple Project Management Methodologies
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience working on client-facing Projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II / Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
