Partner & Brand Marketing Manager
PayWay is a company providing the most affordable, secure, reliable and convenient instant payments and cash collection services. We have been on the market since 2009 and right now we are looking for a Partner & Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.
● Initiating and coordinating the process of expanding our service portfolio by integrating with new partners,
● Coordinating marketing activities with newly onboarded partners,
● Initiating regular activations and marketing activities with existing operators and clients,
● Co-developing company’s referral program,
● Coordinating in-kiosk advertising program,
● Coordinating ATL advertising,
● Active participation in product and service development.
An ideal candidate:
● Has at least 4 years of experience in marketing (at least 1 year in a managerial role). Experience in tech/finance is a plus,
● Has excellent communication skills in English,
● Has an analytical mind, understands the importance of data and presents good skills in Excel (e.g. can work with a pivot); knowledge of Power BI is a plus,
● Is proactive and has a high sense of aesthetics (e.g. knows how to make nice-looking presentations, doesn’t compromise on quality).
A degree in a Business or Marketing-related field is a big plus but not necessary as long as one is an active marketeer and understands business.
Being a member of Uganda Marketers Society or/and Uganda Advertising Association is a plus.
