Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Centre Manager with customer service, operations and logistics, as well as providing non-credit banking services to clients of the Financial Centre. The primary role will be cash management, training and supervision of tellers, maintenance of premises and equipment, security administration and of special assignments as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cash management (treasury & ATMs) and supervision of tellers•         Management of premises security (liaising with Security Service Providers, Financial Centre
  • Managers and Security Administrator)
  • Unit AML/CFT Compliance Officer in the absence of the Unit Compliance Officer 
  • Implement and maintain Guiding Principles, Paradigm and Minimum Service Standards
  • Training, coaching and assessment of Tellers and Sales Support Staff
  • Referral of products and services:

           •  Savings Accounts

           •  Fixed Deposits

           •  VISA and MASTERCARD Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards and Credit Cards

           •  Loans

           • Online Banking

           • Banking App

           • Merchant Services

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training•         Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with little supervision
  • Ability to manage the administration of multiple tasks at one time.
