DHL Barbados is seeking to recruit the position of Operations Agent.
Coordinates activities of all inbound and outbound material. Arranges for the clearance of incoming goods and the expect of the outbound product for DHL customers.

Principal Accountabilities
– Checks imports documents for find out details of contents
– Locates all packages/documents listed on manifest
– Pulls paperwork for Customs Clerks
– Meets and recovers flight
– Works with Airport handlers
– Maintains records of overcharges and damages to goods in transit
– Routes shipments to DHL main office
– Resolves customs delays
– Collects DHL cheques for payment of duties
– Provides proper billing and advisory of the amount of duties
– Monitor inventory of supplies
– Works with freight shipments, rates and shipments
– Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and required.
