Job Responsibilities:
- Keep company financials up to date with Intuit Quickbooks
- Monitor bank account and company credit card balances
- Prepare regular financial reports for company stakeholders
- Prepare quarterly VAT filings
- Submit invoices to customers and coordinate collections
- Track company expenses and bills and coordinate payment in a timely fashion
- Process wire transfers to suppliers and vendors
- Process payroll for employees
- Ensure company Business License, Insurance, and VAT submissions are submitted in a timely fashion
- Manage small inventory of retail sales items
