Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep company financials up to date with Intuit Quickbooks
  • Monitor bank account and company credit card balances
  • Prepare regular financial reports for company stakeholders
  • Prepare quarterly VAT filings
  • Submit invoices to customers and coordinate collections
  • Track company expenses and bills and coordinate payment in a timely fashion
  • Process wire transfers to suppliers and vendors
  • Process payroll for employees
  • Ensure company Business License, Insurance, and VAT submissions are submitted in a timely fashion
  • Manage small inventory of retail sales items
