Experience
- Around 12-15 years relevant experience of managing compensation, HRMS and employee data in a mid-sized organisation.
Qualification
- Post Graduation in Human Resources / Commerce
- Advanced diploma in Excel is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Managing the annual merit increase cycle within the governance framework
- Managing MIS and Data Analytics. Maintaining MIS for HR data and processes. Monitoring manpower and compensation reports and providing insights based on analysis of the reports
- Handling the HRMS for the organisation with responsibility for configuration as per policies, managing the user access and controls
- Supervising the maintenance and updating of personnel information (compensation and benefits, personnel data, leave records etc.) of employees to ensure systems accuracy with regard to data points on structure, policies etc
- Managing operations w.r.t. employee life cycle
- Handling the HR IT projects for the organisation
- Handling internal and external audits of HR including audits of actuarial data
Key Competencies
- Very strong MS Excel skills – should be able to create excel formula driven dashboards and MIS
