Snapshot of the role-
- Administrator and supervise all service contracts such as security, gardening, cleaning, mechanical, fire, electrical, plumbing and lift operation etc. as well as repairs and maintenance for these works
- Induct any on site contractors and staff prior to commencing, as well as undertake tendering for all service contracts
- Provide building operations support, providing recommendations to improve efficiency
- Carry out regular inspections of the property
- Ensure residents are adhering to the by-laws
- Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard, ensuring on-going safety, management of WH&S matters and hygiene throughout
- Prepare reports and attend Bodies Corporate meetings alongside the Resident Building Manager

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in Residential Building Management. You will also have thorough knowledge of all aspects of property functions and work closely with the Resident Building Manager and Property management team in accordance with the current legislation and procedures. This is an excellent role to consolidate your extensive knowledge and drive your career even further. Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills are sought, along with excellent reporting and MS office and administrative skills. Demonstrated knowledge in facility management software highly desirable. A trade qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally you will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated property professional with previous caretaker knowledge. You will have exceptional customer service & client relationship management skills, have the drive to succeed and are looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation!
