The Loss Prevention Adviser & Investigator in the South Island is a dual role.
We are seeking a strong opertaional leader to step into the role.
A key focus of the role is to be responsible for developing, coaching and partnering with a selected number of Bunnings sites to drive operational best practice in stores and trade centres that minimise loss and support operational excellence.
The role also jointly supports the national investigations and ORC teams through effective investigations and remedy of potentinal breaches of procedure, policy and non compliant behaviour towards the business.
The Loss Prevention Advisor & Investigator adds value by coaching Complex Managers and Operations Managers and facilitating actions, processes and investigations that identify, prevent, minimise and raise awareness of loss and lift inventory accuracy.
Successful execution will result in each site living the “Protect what we have now and secure our future” vision and a reduction in stock loss caused by damage, process and theft while making sure that sales, service and customer experience is not negatively impacted.
