About The Role

This newly created grocery Key Account Manager role will have full ownership of the Woolworths NZ account. Reporting through to the National Business Manager you will manage the commercial relationship with Countdown, Super Value and Fresh Choice accounts. You will be responsible for formulating the growth strategy for your customers, building execution plans to implement the strategy, and achieving company targets (financials, brand presence, long term sales drivers and market share) while at the same time delivering on the retailer strategy with your customers. You will inherit an account that is performing well, however this is a real chance to stamp your own mark on the account and strategy for WWNZ in the years to come.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Executive looking for a step up into a fully fledged Key Account Manager position. You will currently be in an FMCG supplier in either a Key Account Executive or Key Account Manager position. Ideally you will have experience across Foodstuffs or Countdown within key accounts or as a Territory Manager. You may also currently be in a KAM position taking care of alternate accounts looking to step across into grocery.
