About The Role

As an IT Quality and Risk Analyst, you will contribute to the development of the IT department vision and strategies by identifying and executing improvement opportunities. Lead and help identify performance drivers, data analysis, process improvement, and the implementation of redesigned processes for IT systems and operational tasks. Document current processes and make recommendations for process improvements in areas including business systems, resource planning, IT processes, and others. Implement approved changes individually or with a project team, and periodically provide training and verbal feedback to the IT staff about processes and changes. Also, help ensure that risks associated with the employees use of networks and computer devices are identified, monitored and treated, in compliance with relevant information security and privacy-related obligations imposed by laws, regulations, standards, contracts or policies.

You Will

  • Help with the identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, monitoring and communication of IT risks associated with networks, computer data, and SaaS platforms.
  • Provide evidence to support compliance with applicable policies, standards, and procedures for secure configuration of networking devices (servers, routers, firewalls) IT systems, desktops and other IT systems.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and standardization of internal processes and to identify any additional risks or opportunities.
  • Review and document current IT processes, perform benchmarking analysis, determine whether current processes meet our needs, and develop methodologies and disciplines to achieve efficiencies.
  • Develop monitoring and reporting procedures to evaluate the performance of processes and improvement efforts, including the SLA for IT services and infrastructure.
  • Provide data and analysis to help identify additional improvement opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and create content to ensure compliance of the process of the IT Department.
  • Work with assigned area’s department leaders and others in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of processes relevant to their area.

You Have

  • 3 or more years of experience in IT Quality, Control departments or related fields
  • 1 or more years of server (On-premise or cloud) administration knowledge
  • A thoughtful understanding of the principles of networking and the OSI model and DHCP, TCP/IP, and DNS.
  • Expertise in IT system enhancements, specification documentation, and report development
  • Instruction and mentoring skills
  • Experience in Risk Assessment, Audit and IT Security Assessments
  • Knowledge of compliance Regulations (such as PCI, GDPR, etc.), IT, Security Frameworks and Standards such as CIS Benchmarking, CISP, or ISO 27001.
