Intern – HR Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.



  1. Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc
  2. Draft recruitment matter for job-posting on appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges
  3. Screen candidate’s resume and job applications-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  4. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  5. Act as a point of contact and maintain a good communication with the candidate during the selection process
  6. Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
  7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  8. Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Should possess good oral and written communication skills
  2. Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles
  3. Proactive and Energetic
  4. Should have Learning Attitude
  5. Able to meet given deadlines
  6. Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PowerPoint etc
  7. Excellent co-ordination skills with sense of ownership

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA Pursuing/Final Year
  • Experience in Bulk Hiring will be an added advantage
  • Stipend – 3000 to 5000
  • Work from Office
