About The Role
- Reporting into a senior leader, this newly created role is responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative segment value proposition to market driving awareness, recognition and conversions for both new and existing customers.
- This role is officially called a Segment Growth manager working alongside both the product and marketing teams tasked to drive revenue growth, product & service penetration and customer retention. The full mix!!!
- This role is commercial and requires a data and insights experienced marketer to ensure all marcomms enhance customer profitability as this role is tasked to deliver results against customer base growth targets
- As you’d expect this senior level role requires a high level of stakeholder management and collaboration both internally and externally and while this role doesn’t have a direct report good leadership skills.
- A good technology/technical understanding is required as well as excellent internal stakeholder management skills bring people along the journey with you and then setting them up for success.
- The role offers the ultimate lifestyle in Napier with a great bunch of talented and diverse individuals and is a role where you can really make an impact where the results speak for themselves!
- You will be a talented, commercial senior marketing/product manager who is passionate about delivering innovative customer focussed products and services to market with proven experience driving growth for a services business.
- Ideally you will have telco/ICT experience or some from a relevant Services company background. You will be strategic, commercial and insights driven with proven results managing growth initiatives
- And you will have proven results driving revenue managing acquisition, growth and retention activities in market.
- Customer centric of course you will also love using data to create actional commercial insights ultimately driving commercial performance of this companies’ portfolio of products and services.
- Naturally you will have built relationships and worked with agency partners to drive your marketing campaigns as well as with teams internally.
- You will be an upbeat, ambitious go getter, with phenomenal relationship skills and a can-do attitude who is ready to move to Napier and embrace a fantastic role.
