What you will do:

1. Your goal is to help us optimize user experience to retain users and keep them engaged.
2. You will do so by split-testing levels, analyzing trends in user engagement and analyzing current trends in the gaming industry.
3. Then you will design levels for the game that will drastically improve gameplay experience.

We are looking for a Game Designer who:

1. has experience in Level Designing in both 2d and 3d games in the mobile space.
2. has experience with AR, VR and MR
3. has experience with analytics.
4. can perform Split testing and analyze current games’ engagement rate and pain points.
5. use analytics data to design new, more engaging and better optimized levels.
6. can research current games and look for trends to capitalize upon.
7. can work remotely or on-site, with little supervision.
