Facilities Manager – Multiple Opportunities Available
What this opportunity involves-
We currently have multiple opportunities for highly motivated Facilities Management professionals to work onsite with some of JLL’s valued clients.
As Facilities Manager, you’ll lead a team to manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. This role will assume responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations as well as contract services.
In this busy and diverse role, you’ll;
- Develop and sustain a high-quality well motivated team
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
- Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
- Ensure the Operational Risk Management process is implemented and maintained

To be successful, you’ll have 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field. A strong client focus will be key to success in this role!
You’ll be able to demonstrate proactiveness and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
