What This Job Involves

JLL are looking for a commercially astute Facilities Manager to work with a high profile government client. You will manage the day to day client activities for a specific site or sites and be the key contact for the client & stakeholders.

The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

You will have exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills and experience working across remote sites will be looked upon favourably. You’ll be a strong communicator, with excellent presentation skills and have a passion for quality.

You will have a degree in a Facilities Management, Building, or other related fields and a few years’ experience in facilities management. Through your prior roles, you would have gained the technical skills in understanding commercial facilities management, OH&S, vendor management and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of property.

You must be able to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll be used to working with Excel, & Word and it is preferred that you have experience working with an FM software platform.

Some travel is involved, so your own car and drivers licence is required
