University of Southern Queensland
PhD/Masters Scholarship in Machine Learning Techniques for Wireless Communications and Biomedical Signal Classification
Expression of interests are invited for a 3-year PhD or a 2-year Masters degree. The successful candidate can be funded by a USQ Domestic Research Scholarships program.
The candidate will conduct research on developing novel artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) based strategies for wireless communication and biomedical signal classification. The project will involve developing AI/ML algorithms in an experimental test-bed to demonstrate key concepts of the project.
The project will suit a Master of Research or a PhD student. A student with a background in AI, machine learning, electrical engineering, physics, computing or data science is highly sought.
Our research team (Advanced Data Analytics) has a strong track record and industry collaborations in the application of machine learning for telecommunications, health, agriculture, solar radiation, air quality, etc.
Note: The scholarship is open to domestic students only (Australian permanent residents or citizens). The scholarship will cover tuition fees and provide a living allowance $32,000 pa.
OPEN | USQ is offering Domestic Research Scholarships for Master of Science (Research) or PhD.
