Digital Marketing & Creative Content Lead

FRESHNVIBE’s content and digital marketing strategy is an essential pillar to the success of the business. We are looking for a Creative Content Lead and Digital Marketing Expert with a huge passion for storytelling, creating meaningful and trending content, and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that provide huge returns. This is an exciting role as it is the first of a new team- the growth is endless!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, produce, and develop great visual content across multiple social channels and formats including paid media, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok;
  • Manage the end to end process of creating content (planning, shooting, editing, posting) for social media, and videos for website and commercial needs;
  • Managing a content calendar to ensure deliverables for marketing is used on key promotional dates or key dates relative to the sneaker industry;
  • Regularly review the performance of content- using data and insights to iterate and improve;
  • Increase social media engagement rating;
  • Implement best practices and the latest trends;
  • Come up with the wildest ideas and stunts as to how we could 100x our social channels (we will happily test what you believe will work- the crazier the better!)
  • Own all paid advertising content, ensuring messaging is engaging, designs are entertaining, and execution is aligned with our brand goal;
  • Concept and develop messaging, narratives, and ad campaigns around our brand products and mission;
  • Developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple paid advertisement channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google;
  • Continuously testing various creatives and audiences to ensure ROAs grows and remains consistent
  • Utilizing and allocating marketing budget correctly whilst maintaining a high ROAs;
  • Optimize advertising campaigns regularly within each platform to increase the effective use of marketing budget;

  • You’re highly creative and have strong visual skills, attention to detail, and a good eye for what will succeed;
  • You’re a video editing pro and can make engaging videos in a matter of minutes;
  • Your time management skills are excellent – you can meet fast turnaround times and prioritize projects easily;
  • You’re confident with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and have strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • You accept feedback for improvement, but you also are confident enough to communicate your thoughts, opinion, and own feedback to achieve brand goals;
  • You have knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels;
  • You have experience turning an ad strategy into a winning one and are strong in making decisions to scale marketing ability to another level;
  • You’re excellent at reading data and insights to make informed decisions that will enable the brand to succeed and grow across social media and paid advertisement channels;
  • You are a genuine, transparent, resilient, and driven individual.
  • You have over 1-2 years of experience working as a successful digital marketer and winning content creator.
