Lennor Metier is hiring for a highly diligent Customer Support Specialist with experience working in a BPO setting, to join a global outsourcing and technology company.

What To Expect From The Role

  • Acts as a bridge between sales, innovations, delivery, support, and customers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Providing information about alternative products and services
  • Recording account information, starting new accounts, and maintaining accounts by updating information as needed
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments based on their inquiries
  • Clarifying the customer’s complaint after verifying its legitimacy in order to resolve product or service issues
  • Ascertaining the nature of a customer’s problem, explaining the best solution, and ensuring that it is handled in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience preferably in a BPO setting
  • Open to High School graduate and can start asap
  • Can report onsite (Alabang)
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
  • Candidate must have NBI Clearance, Proof of education, Proof of employment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
