Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers of one of the largest retailers in the world through inbound calls and chat in a high-energy environment. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

  • You excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types (i.e. account information, order status, product information, etc.)
  • You are an active listener and can leverage probing question skills
  • You have a proven track record for hitting performance and sales targets
  • You are able to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency

Qualifications

  • A minimum of CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language or U.S. High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 35 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
