RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively handle all incoming calls and follow up calls.
- Coordinate with on-call technicians, rental counter team, and the customer’s drivers and dispatch teams to identify repair requirements and available substitute units.
- Coordinate outside repair with vendors and customers.
- Process customer service requests on a variety of topics for our customers. Assist with questions related to billing, warranty, compliance paperwork.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Secondary School Leaving Certificate/HEART Level II Certificate/3 CXCs
- Proficiency in using a computer and working with Windows based application.
- Ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
- This is a part time position that requires you to work 12 to 40 hours weekly.
- Flexibility is required to work any weekday between 4pm-11pm any 8.5-hour shift on Saturday and Sunday.
