Dealer Commercial Services provides commercial financing to new automobile dealerships and related companies. Due to differences in statement formats and account classification, financial statements from dealerships are spread and analyzed as part of underwriting and portfolio monitoring. All statements that are submitted for spreading must be logged by the Analyst in spreading tool by the end of each day the request is received.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review financial statement documents and process transactions as per SLA Internal Application Eligibility Requirements
  • Interpret and understand financial documents pertaining to underwriting and monitoring and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
  • Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
  • Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
  • Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
  • Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled
  • Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
  • Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target
  • Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
