Our mission is to apply advanced technology and provide actionable data so farmers and Governments can enrich economies through increased crop yields and healthier livestock. The Dimitra agriculture platform incorporates inputs from mobile apps, sensors, satellites, IoT devices, DNA tests and more. Machine learning is then applied to transform complex data into practical and actionable recommendations so farmers can increase yields, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.


With Dimitra, farmers increase production, producers digitize value chains, and exporters certify traceability.

About the Role

Dimitra has teams in more than 61 countries in the world and we’re growing rapidly in Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, Middle East, North America, South America and we are starting to enter into Europe. We currently have exciting opportunities for Country Sales Partners in the Caribbean Region.

We are looking for individuals who are seeking new challenges and are willing to participate in a project that will change the way the world does agriculture. We do not demand exclusive dedication and we pay well to individuals who are able to bring results. We are looking for ambitious people willing to join as National Partners in several countries in the Caribbean region and we offer excellent remuneration based on sales commissions.

If you have a deep knowledge of the agriculture sector, technology sales experience and/or are connected in the government agriculture space, this is a great new career or way to supplement your income.


Required competencies:

  • People who seek challenges and believe in their ability to bring results
  • Established networks in the agriculture industry and/or agriculture ministries
  • Ability to scope, propose, navigate complexities and manage a sales lifecycle
  • Ability to work with challenges and risks
  • Fluency in English and local languages
  • Resides in a represented country within the Caribbean region


Desirable competencies:

  • Previous experience working with government bodies– preferably with livestock or agriculture ministries
  • Experience working with food manufacturers, producers and distributors
  • Technically proficient and comfortable with the custom software sales lifecycle
  • Expert in consultative sales and relationship management

This position reports to the Director, North America. Technical training will be provided. You will be supported by Dimitra’s global teams in agriculture, livestock, supply chain, technology, and digital transformation specialists who will assist you throughout the sale process.
