The Team’s Focus

The Anomaly Detection & Monitoring Associate Lead will be a part of the Anomaly Detection & Monitoring team (ADM) and responsible for both supervising of analysts as well as execute operational daily tasks as Tier 1 reviewer of the anomaly alerts. The Anomaly Detection Associate Lead will be responsible for collaborating with the Sr. Lead and report on the team’s productivity, operations, quality evaluation, workflow management, enhancement opportunities and risks/issues.

What You’ll Bring

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Supervise the daily performance and needs of the Anomaly Detection & Monitoring team, monitor workload and ensure that correct procedures are followed
  • Coordinate team’s weekly activities and assignments to ensure proper workload distribution
  • Hold the team members accountable for meeting established service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team to ensure quality and accuracy requirements are met
  • Report on key metrics, productivity and operational updates
  • Work closely with management in improving existing alerts
  • Assist with project-related tasks as needed
  • Identify system and workflow improvements and recommend solutions to improve departmental productivity, quality of service, and enhance the team’s efficiency.
  • Provide support during business of 9am – 5:30pm local time zone; may require some flexibility
  • Work with relevant Global Technology partners to troubleshoot any technical issues impacting the anomaly detection & monitoring tools

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a production environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Shows initiative to lead projects and ideas through completion
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible, quickly adapt to change and act with sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with BI tools, ie. Yellowfin, Tableau, etc. (preferred)
  • Fraud operations experience (preferred)
