About The Role
The Coordinator â€“ SHES coordinates guidance and advice on key activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area.
What you will be doing
Key Accountabilites Provides advice in response to SHES queries on policy and process relevant to the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area within agreed timeframes; Participates in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities within the Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area; Ensures accuracy of information and delivery in agreed timeframes; Participates in Manufacturing Centre or Sub-Regional Area and company projects as required; Contributes to the development and implementation of SHES management systems; Participates and supports SHES assurance activities; Supports Orica leaders to execute their SHES responsibilities and accountabilities; Assists in event investigations; Supports the development of a SHES risk profile; Implements initiatives to mitigate and prevent SHES risk
What you will bring
With tertiary or technical qualification – up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications – up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.
Role dependent – technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
