Business Development Manager

1. Identifying new sales leads for a Health-Tech Company

2. Pitching products

3. Maintaining fruitful relationships (stakeholders in health sector)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying new individuals and potential new markets

• Researching the needs of the customers and decision makers

• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

• Business development executive is also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.

• Required to work 8am – 5pm (Mondays – Fridays), but may be required to put in additional hours should any such need arise


• Strong communication skills

• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

• Attention to detail

• Excellent time management and organisation

• Socially adept

• Good with numbers
