About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated multi-discipline building services BIM Modeller looking for exciting and challenging projects and a drive to further progress their career.

Due to the growth of the business, this is a new role being implemented to be the central conduit between our engineers and our external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be high energy, willing to direct our resources as well as get involved with drafting.

This will be a diverse role, collaborating with multiple engineers within our Building Services team. You will have exceptional concept and detailed design skills, with strong communication skills to ensure efficient working. Your attention to detail skills will be second to none, ensuring that every drawing meets the required standards.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Liaise with the CCE team and external consultants to ensure that all required project information is included in the drawing as per the specifications.
  • Coordinate the diverse sources of input by key stakeholders to accomplish desired project goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct a quality assurance check drawings on return of drawings on return and liaise to manage alterations as required
  • Develop and implement records, processes, and maintain an integrated system for managing drawings and asset information


Does this Sound Like You?

  • 5 + proven experience in as a BIM Modeller
  • Proficient in  multi-discipline building services modelling, Revit, Inventor, Navisworks, AutoCAD
  • High energy and able to work at a fast pace
  • Experience in managing, coordinating, and modelling small to large projects
  • Experience in consulting within the building services industry is preferred.
  • You will have working knowledge of the design process and adopt best CAD/BIM practices.
  • You will have excellent written language and verbal communication skills
  • You will have the ability to work to deadlines and use your initiative daily
  • Terrific team player who’s able to develop and foster positive and productive relationships but can also work alone
