As the Bid and Implementation Manager within our Group Insurance business, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating and project managing all aspects of responses to new business tenders and onboarding new partners.

The Role

In this role, you will be required to engage with wide range of internal stakeholders across the business to collect information for the purposes of the tender process. You will schedule and coordinate meetings, set agendas, prepare submission materials and follow up on outstanding actions. You will also provide support in crafting presentations and attend meetings with partners throughout the implementation process.

Your Experience

Our ideal candidate will have previous project management experience, with exposure to the bids and/or tender’s process. Superannuation/Group Insurance experience is not required but would be advantageous. Experience aside, you will be a highly organised individual with superior communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proactive and solutions driven approach with a customer focus. As a highly adaptable individual, you will thrive in a busy and challenging environment.
