Associate – Lease Administration
In this role, you will be uploading documents, validating data, excel reporting, cross checking, lease analyses and updating the Portfolio property system. You will also work closely with the account team, offshore team, IT and client to assist with project management of the account.
You will be the main point of contact for anything Lease Admin and you will need a keen eye for details to manage various excel trackers for data governance and compliance.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are a must and you’ll adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, can juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously. You will have proven experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs.
Your key strength is customer service and you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
It would be good if you have had some experience in administration and can understand and interpret commercial contracts. Previous experience in the property industry will also be advantageous.
