Jada Group Inc is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Accounts and Payroll Department with Administrative and Clerical duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, filing, document recording along with management of the Employee’s Deduction records.
- Bookkeeping and general accounting
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
- Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
- Management of Employee’s deduction records.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
