Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of Account Executive in the Employee Benefits – Sales & Marketing Department.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·      Assist in developing and executing strategies to garner new, profitable business and to

retain existing business.

·      Sell Employee Benefits products and services.

·      Develop and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers.

·      Effectively manage customer service issues and the overall business relationship.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

 

·      At least a first degree in Marketing, Management Studies or other related discipline.

·      HIA Parts I and II (within six (6) months of confirmation).

·      Successful track record in selling Group Life; Group Health and Individual and Group

Pension.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·      Excellent presentation skills.

·      Excellent negotiating and networking skills.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence for at least 2 years and a reliable motor car.
  • Required to travel islandwide.
